Here we are in the middle of March, MARCH!! What happened to February? I have been so busy with work and working on my home the times seems to fly by. 

Daylight savings time,  now for those of you who do not change your clock twice a year this will seem Greek to you.  In Oregon we are one of the states that are on daylight savings. I don’t know if it really makes a difference, that part seems to be a good debate. I  get up in the dark leave for work in the dark, but it is lighter longer in the evening so I do get a little  more done, but do I save any $$ on electric or gas to heat my home I doubt it.

For those of you who have been reading my blog for a couple years know I brag a lot about my grandsons will this one is no differentJ. Both have now passed the ice cave building and spent the weekend in one. Here in the Pacific NW we have some of the best skiing and most beautiful mountains so draw a lot of travelers as well as the locals, Mt Hood has claimed her share of lives each year with some still missing, The boys have been involved in searching for two climbers that were lost over a year ago and will be involved in more.  Jesse is doing ride along at least once of not twice a week it’s hard to think of him having to wear a bullet proof vest and all the other stuff. He is learning a lot about true life and the crazy things people do.  Levi also into law enforcement but more interested in the crime prevention side, in fact this weekend he road on a swat truck in the McGroff  outfit in one of the local Patty day’s parade.   Their free time is full with training or some type of search or rescue.  Yes, yes, yes I am a proud grandmother.

Had my cribbage club last night did not do well at all  but had some new people so a nice size group.

I was able to mow my lawn last weekend and a course we have had Oregon sun/rain  so it doesn’t even look like I did anything, I use an electric mower so a little bit of a chicken to use it when the grass is wet or it is raining a little. As it was last weekend I had to cut it twice and the last one on the lower setting and the grass still a little wet close to the ground.  The neighbor ask me what I was doing I just laugh and told him if I light up PLEASE CALL 911!!

In my last blog I wrote I was starting water volley ball well I am still starting lol I have not made it there yet. I come home and get busy or worse yet set down and that’s it for the evening..lol  It is almost GOLF!! time again so those blogs should give you a couple good laughs.
