The young man in the yellow T-shirt in most of them is my oldest grandson Jesse the platoon leader and at the end the young man in the yellow T-shirt stand with an other young man is my youngest grandson Levi.

 

Those of you who have read my blog over the years know that I am very close to and proud of my grandsons. The newest album is of both of the boys, Jesse and Levi, having just spent 2 weeks at SARTA , a Posse Camp for Search and Rescue training for Washington County Sheriff’s office in Oregon.

 

This was not an easy task and it was the type “In You Face”.  They both did really good and Because of that Levi gave the graduation speech for Washington County and Jesse was the flag carrier. This was the first year Washington County and Linn County did them together. They kids learned a lot and will be part of the Search and Rescue team.  It was a beautiful day for the graduation and was off a back road in a wooded area. The Camp belongs to Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

 

Both boys are looking at law enforcement, not to my surprise as my father, uncle and nephew were all cops. So it’s kind of in the blood.

 

They were bruised up a little and I think ready to come home and go out on there first case. After the graduation there was a nice BBQ. With lots of good food..

 

The green T-shirts are Washington and the orange ones are Linn County.
